creativity - how well you are able to use my stock and make it your own. works that just have amatuer tones and lighting is not my idea of creativity. mess with the make-up and the eyes and hair.

technical skills - how you are able use the tools available in programs and how well you blend and merge everything.

concept - delivery of effective imagery and how it communicates to the audience. how you can use other imagery and incorporate it into the theme. the over all idea of the peice.
